Welcome to Yoga Times Solihull
Yoga is a journey that helps you learn more about your body, your heart, your mind, and ultimately yourself. It is an adventure to explore who you are and to give you the courage to reveal your authentic, unique, awesome self to the world.
I hope I can be part of your journey.

Su Prosser
My professional training in yoga started in 2005 but my journey started many years before that. Yoga has taught me to live in the moment, not worry about the past or future and to leave behind things that no longer serve me.
Through yoga, I have learned to be kind to myself and love myself despite my imperfections. It is important to remember that yoga is a lifelong journey, but it will not fail to produce fruit if you let it grow. Maybe you use to heal sore muscles, become more flexible, or completely change your life.
I encourage you to try it! It will teach you about yourself.

I love the yoga classes with Su as her soothing tone and seamless flow from one move to the next leaves my body feeling rejuvenated and mind relaxed… I’m counting the hours until the next one.
l would like to say when l attended your class l came away totally relaxed and rejuvenated because l found you as a teacher so easy to follow.
I attended Sues Yoga classes 🧘🏼♂️for a several years amongst a class of regulars who had been going for many years! Sue creates a calm, relaxed, friendly environment for her students. I find her teaching style easy to follow and thoroughly enjoyed her well planned sequences of Asanas. Sue engages with her students and encourages you to work to your own ability in a non competitive environment. Sue is perfect for those already practicing Yoga or for beginners. Namaste 🙏
I found Su to be a friendly and knowledgeable instructor. Her class sessions were both interesting and varied. You were never left feeling wanting and her advice to all was to never do what your body did not want to! Let her show you the pleasure of downward dog and enjoy the rest at the end of her class!
Su’s classes were appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience and went at a very steady pace so that no one got left behind. They were also light-hearted and relaxing, just what I’d hoped for.
I have completed yoga with Sue since before she was fully qualified. Throughout this time, Sue has been excellent. She brings life and fun to the yoga sessions and is always willing to assist you to help you to achieve the best from each session. Her lesson plans are varied and interesting with new asanas introduced frequently to keep the sessions stimulated for all. The session time flies by as you are too busy enjoying your “me” time.
I attend a class Su has run for several years for those of us with mobility issues. Due to our varying conditions the classes have to be carefully tailored to our capabilities – Su is both knowledgeable about yoga but also very understanding about our difficulties and leads the class with great humour. No matter how I am when I arrive for the cLass I always feel uplifted by the end of the session. Su is one of one of the most caring, inspirational and kind people I have met and personally I feel blessed that she is in my life. Go Flamingos! ( Flamingos is a class designed for people with life changing illness or mobility restrictions)
I found Su’s yoga classes to have a great combination of both fitness and relaxation that cater for all abilities. I was very pleased with the results physically and found the classes to be a fab way to relieve stress and anxiety. I would definitely recommend!
I have been attending Sue’s Monday yoga class for a number of years now . I find her to be one of the most approachable tutors I have ever had . She explains herself clearly and is patient , warm and friendly. Sue knows her stuff when it comes to Yoga and is able to adapt her class to accommodate all abilities. Monday class is a pleasure to attend.
I have attended Su’s pregnancy yoga classes for my last two pregnancies and thoroughly enjoyed my sessions, not only did it give me the opportunity to make friends with other mothers to be in my local area but the class is aimed at easing the aches and pains that pregnancy brings. You also learn useful exercises and positions that can be used during labour to help cope with the pain. I found Su to be a great teacher and very knowledgeable and I loved the relaxed atmosphere and no judgement. I would definitely recommend Su’s pregnancy yoga class regardless of whether your birthing plan includes a c-section, pain relief or natural birth.
Su is a very supportive and positive yoga teacher who builds confidence in her students, whatever their level of ability. Her classes are always well structured with clear themes that combine the classic postures with a sense of the underlying philosophy of yoga. She’s always quick to see the funny side and yoga classes with Su are never dull. If you’ve been thinking about giving yoga a go, then Su would be a perfect tutor to introduce you to it.

“Sue is an motivated inspirational lady and her passion for yoga is obvious during her classes. I suffer from stress and anxiety and have had spinal surgery. Since attending Sues classes I have improved my core strength but most of all I have learnt how to relax and unwind whilst feeling I have exercised my body. The lessons allow me to focus on me as an individual and realign my mind and body. I come away from each lesson feeling relaxed knowing I will have an undisturbed nights sleep
